        "description": "This project will be commissioned as a 24 hour supported accommodation move on option and will be the agreed pathway for individuals who have been placed in temporary accommodation, including those placed in bed and breakfast accommodation and hostels in RCT. The project will provide up to 9 months additional supported accommodation for single homeless people with complex needs. This project will provide a psychologically-informed short-term accommodation and support both male and female single homeless people. The project will work (not exclusively) with individuals who have complex needs including mental health, substance misuse and alcohol issues. The pathway currently attached to the hostel enables service users to move through the project to Abertonllwyd House in consideration of their support needs for additional supported accommodation. The project will accommodate up to 8 people at any one time in the form of 8 24/7 self contained units (2 units on the ground floor are DDA Compliant). The provider shall be responsible for furnishing the 8 self contained flats, communal and staff areas, and will be resposnsible for repairing, maintaining and replacing these items through the duration of the contract at no cost to the Council.The contract term is for 3 year plus a 1+1 year extension",
