These works generally involve close working relationship and collaboration with the relevant Local Authorities and Occupational Therapists, in particular where all or a proportion of the works is funded by a Local Authority, e.g., through Local Authorities Disabled Facility Grants. Bromford expects the Contractor(s) to: * provide a consistent and high level of Customer focused service, taking into consideration that affected Customers are often prone to being less available due to their medical conditions. * deliver works efficiently, to the excellent quality standards and to the satisfaction of both Bromford and the Customer. * ensure consistent quality performance and continuous improvement, ensuring right first-time delivery and minimising defects. * ensure consistent effective communication with Bromford, its representatives, Customers, and other interested stakeholders; and * act in the best interests of Bromford and its Customer when delivering Works and adhere to Bromfords values. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labour, materials, plant, tools, and equipment.
