The Council follows it's own modified version of the Framework Process described under Regulation 33. The modified process, includes the ability to reopen the tender annually, or as required to ensure coverage of service areas. Estimated value of the OJEU Notice is GBP 62 million per annum, which has an estimated value for the framework total for 4 years of GBP 244 million.
