The initial plan was to start the tender event in September 2021 but due to a transition in Procurement structure, the start of the event was delayed. An expression of Interest via Achilles has now been issued in December 2021 for anyone wishing to be included in the tender event. A full PQQ / RFP is now scheduled to take place in the first quarter of 2022 with completion in Q2/Q3 2022. We need to allow for any de-mobilisation of the incumbent and mobilisation of a new Supplier within this timeframe, as such October 2022 is a realistic timeframe to set this short term extension until."
