This Procurement Process seeks to be inclusive and will initially set to be a Contract for two years including the possibility of one extension of up to one additional year. This is subject to any restrictions placed nationally by NHS England or the Department of Health. The expectation is for Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust to have a maximum total contract value (including any potential extensions) at approximately PS3,900,000, with an annual value estimated at circa PS1.56 million for the first year and PS1.17 million in the second year and another PS1.17 million for third year extension.
