It will create a holistic environment in which research, industry and academia all come together under one roof. The Innovation Hub is to be a speculative, serviced multi-occupied building, comprising laboratories (Cat 1 & 2), office collaboration and support facilities. All of the Innovation Hub is to be fitted to Cat B (less office furniture) or laboratory equivalent.
