                "description": "The authorities of the City and County of Swansea and Neath Port Talbot (NPT) are jointly seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a comprehensive assessment of housing and economic growth for their administrative areas which also takes into account linkages with neighbouring authorities. The purpose of the commission is to formulate robustly evidenced, housing and economic growth projections to inform the preparation of both the Swansea and NPT Replacement Local Development Plans (RLDPs), which are at early stages of formation and are being progressed independently by each Council.
