The EOI submission did not meet the minimum criteria of the expression of Interest. After careful considerations of a proposal and to ensure the implementation of this service and the following needs to be met: * A focus on supporting young people transition to adulthood * Supporting young people sustaining employment, education or training * Supporting young people successfully moving to their own tenancy and sustain it Northamptonshire Children's Trust have made the decision to award a contract for a period of 3 years YMCA Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire (YMCA), whom already have a property for 13 young people in Northampton and provide a similar project to the required service in Milton Keynes.
