The South Eastern HSC Trust currently own a number of PrisMax CRRT machines (purchased through a compliant contract). The consumables and fluids compatible for use with this particular device are only available from Baxter Healthcare. No other consumables or fluids from any other supplier on the market are compatible with this device. The devices will require consumables and fluids for a duration of three years. It is expected after this period of time, a new tender exercise will be run to establish a new contract for CRRT devices and consumables/fluids."
