Excela were formally known as BancTec and therefore are the only supplier on the market that can provide the S&M for the machinery owned by the Agency. Given the delay in the delivery of transformation projects to create a digital organisation, and the age of the machinery, it's likely the supplier will only be able to provide the service on a best endeavours basis as sourcing parts is becoming difficult as there are very few decommissioned machines left and these parts are no longer manufactured."
