Providers will be required to operate electronic call monitoring systems for delivering services to account for actual service delivery and to provide specified performance indicators. Payments for Services will be at the Council's fixed Contracted Rate for Care. It is anticipated that the PDPS will operate initially for the period October 2022 -March 2024, with an option to terminate or to extend for up to a further 1 year (at the Councils sole discretion) i.e., April 2024 - to March 2025.",
