Due to the disruption caused by Covid the University does not have accurate usage figures at this time, and it is felt that because of this lack of accurate data it may be problematic for bidders to tender accurate costs at this present time. The current volatile market conditions regarding fuel costs, and labour (driver) costs, also will make tendering accurate long term costs at this time problematic.
