In addition, because of this, only NG can provide the 3rd & 4th line support required. This opportunity is further restricted by ITAR regulations, under which only NG are able to support this application. No other provider could deliver the requirement in the time and cost envelope required and without introducing unacceptable interoperability risk. As the service is currently operationally in-use across a vast range of assets any immediate change in provider would leave an unacceptable capability gap."
