In the case of Brixham College, this service is already provided to college students who are not eligible for Council provided home-to-school transport and as the service they are providing is geared to meet the needs of students attending Brixham College, they are in a position to widen their offer to students eligible for home-to-school transport. The Authority has as yet not entered into new contracts with these suppliers and is advising the market that, subject to internal approval and the outcome of this VEAT process, is intending to do so.
