Lot 2 The provision of a transfer or treatment facility within Cambridgeshire for the acceptance of clinical and where required offensive waste from all 5 Cambridgeshire authorities (Cambridge City, ECDC, FDC, HDC and SCDC). This lot 2 will ONLY be utilised if lot 1 is NOT awarded.
