For this, water usage will be required by the 1.1.2026. * Ellesmere Port. This is a phased development with the initial 100 l/s allocated to Phase 2. This has an outline programme of 5 years for full occupation and it is anticipated that 75% of the plots will occupied by year 3 (2025). By simple pro rata the development would require 75 l/s by 2025 and 100 l/s by 2027. Phase 3 requires an additional 100 l/s. Initial occupation unlikely until after 2027 and then probably a further 5 years from then to full occupation. Additional information: 1.
