The Landlord has a contract with Avison Young as the Building Managing Agent who have also appointed ExcelRedstone Converged Solutions Limited for the maintenance of the existing Distributed Antenna System. The proposed system within Landlord office space is an extension to the landlord system which is a different system to that the Authority usually operates. The Landlord system already has connection to EE, O2 and Vodafone with capacity to support the number of subscribers on the floors occupied by the Authority.
