As part of Strata Service Solutions' convergence project, Teignbridge and Exeter had the system rolled out 3 years ago. However, due to delays (e.g. COVID), this roll out and inbedding is still happening. Strata Service Solutions Ltd tried to arrange a direct award via a framework, however, Strata would not have been offered the above price if this was awarded through the framework. Therefore, it made commercial sense to direct award outside of the framework."
