The Combined Authority have an established behaviour change programme that delivers communication and engagement activity to target audiences in West Yorkshire, to enable more people to travel more actively, to help us achieve our ambitions for West Yorkshire to become a net-zero carbon economy by 2038. The Combined Authority are currently in the process of putting in place a framework that will cover multiple individual projects/requirements, and also looking at the future pipeline of upcoming requirements that will support the delivery of the behaviour change programme. A supplier engagement session allows the CA to engage with suppliers in a two-way communication process. This provides an informal environment for the CA to understand exactly what suppliers can provide, whilst at the same time allowing suppliers to understand the CA's organisation and requirements. Supplier engagement sessions are held before commencement of a procurement process and will consist of individual supplier-specific sessions. The supplier engagement session will last around 1 hour in duration.
