It has been customised based on British Forces Cyprus (BFC) requirements to account for a range of employee terms and conditions. It is intended to let a single source contract with the current supplier to include, as a deliverable, the process by which information will be transferred from the Contractor to the Authority without the risk of a capability loss. It is critical, given the technical business, continuity risks, that HRIS remains operational at all times and the the contract is let single source on this occasion, mitigating the risks as described above.
