Following formal award of contract, the lead in time is to be considered by the main Contractor but it is estimated that 8 weeks will be necessary to allow for S104 Approval, S38/278 Approval and equivalent pre-commencement conditions. There is a specific stipulation in respect of methodology/type of building and the contractor must state his preference as part of his tender submission. It is estimated that the term of the build contract will be 14-16 months, but the Contractor is requested to confirm this as part of his tender return. Indicative programmes are not required at this time.
