In addition, the administration, management and inspection of buildings, structures, environments and surrounding areas where relevant persons may reasonably be expected to be found. * Fire Risk Assessments- The Council normally requires non-invasive fire risk assessments which cover the entire building * Fire engineering advice - typically within the context of a refurbishment project, to assist in the formulation of an effective fire safety strategy * General fire safety advice * Fire door / compartmentation surveys * Marked up fire strategy plans (where none currently exists or where plans no longer match the current building structure or usage) * Review and manage internal (within the Consultancy) administration of the Contract",
