Where our West of England Authorities do choose to use the DPS, they will be contracted to Bristol Waste Company. Bristol Waste Company will conduct the further competition on their behalf and contract directly with the Supplier. For clarity Suppliers will only ever contract with BWC as part of this DPS.",
