Provider(s) will deliver immigration and other legal advice and casework to support people with restricted eligibility to regularise their status and/or gain access to welfare benefits, where possible, in order to prevent and/or support move-on from homelessness. Provider(s) will work collaboratively in partnership with other support providers in the Service, to deliver a holistic offer for the client. Through training, collection and sharing of data, good practice and intelligence, Provider(s) under this Lot will also facilitate wider system change, to improve the accessibility and effectiveness of public and voluntary services across Greater Manchester for people with restricted eligibility. * Lot 2: Practical Support, Advice and Co-production. Provider(s) will deliver an integrated and flexible support service, alongside Provider(s) in Lot 1, that helps people with restricted eligibility to overcome practical barriers and gain access to the specialist support they mightneed. This should include a Homelessness Prevention Floating Support service, working in communities and with other agencies to identify and support people with restricted eligibility who are at risk of homelessness, as well as accessible support for people in ABEN accommodation or waiting to enter.
