West Yorkshire Combined Authority will require the provision of account information daily, by electronic means, and the ability to extract this detailed data for a minimum of 15 months. A facility to make same day priority payments, BACS payments, internal transfers, and international payments is also required, along with access to real time advice of incoming CHAPS payments, or real time reporting during the day.",
