The Health Schools and Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee, has responsibility for carrying out the overview and scrutiny work in relation to all health services in Rochdale Borough Council. Healthwatch Rochdale has a statutory role to monitor and scrutinise health and social care services, in relation to issues identified as priorities by local people. Scrutiny would take an investigatory approach to determine service delivery expectations against commissioning intentions and user experience to form a series of recommendations to commissioners and providers as appropriate.",
