It is hoped that this will also include any extended warranty. Should this not be the case, there is scope to increase the contract value as below. The contract may, subject to a test under Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts Regulations, be increased by up to PS50,000 (subject to budgetary approval) for non-material changes which have become necessary. For example, unforeseen increase in build costs, supply chain matters which result in a need to redesign the boat and/ or to enable the purchase of an extended warranty offer.",
