The intention is to appoint the most economically advantageous tenders, based on the evaluation criteria of 20% Quality, 15% Social Value & 65% Commercial Lot 3: Miscellaneous and Specialist Non-operated Plant, Equipment and Self Drive Commercial Vehicles - for the hire of portable traffic lights, portable toilets, specialist drilling equipment, site accommodation and welfare units. The intention is to appoint the most economically advantageous tenders, based on the evaluation criteria of 100% Commercial. Suppliers are invited to apply for any Lot that is relevant to them.\"",
