BCC does not currently have a supported housing service for this cohort, and it is intended to complement the services we do currently commission for our homelessness pathways and supported families accommodation framework. This supported housing is a sustainable and fully funded alternative to Temporary Accommodation, which we currently procure from predominantly private landlords. The RPs will deliver the housing, and BCC will commission the RPs to deliver a housing related support service to the clients, and it is this support service that we are looking to procure. Homeless childless couples and singles present with differing levels of support need from low to high, and we would like this framework to reflect that variation by enabling flexible delivery of support according to client need.",
