A major element of the works will be bogie exchange but other components also require replacement. TPE will be seeking project management services from the supplier and will expect the supplier to author work instructions based upon the basic overhaul instructions supplied by CAF. In addition, TPE will be seeking, as an option, covered accommodation for the units to undergo modification to anti-roll bar and yaw damper brackets. This work will be performed by the OEM. The supplier must be competent in electrical, mechanical and bodyshell systems.",
