The Conservation Team will assess and score the condition of the buildings in the sample survey, and complete a simple risk matrix on same. The survey is solely on the condition of the exterior envelope of the buildings, therefore internal access to the properties is therefore not required. The Conservation Team will statistically analyse the collected data and provide a report on the findings. This will include a comparison of the collected data with that of the 2013 Baseline Condition Report. The data collected will assist the Historic Environment Division in evaluating it policies. The survey fulfils a Ministerial commitment made in response to the 2021 report of the Culture Arts and Heritage Taskforce."
