Provision of Service
This Contract is for the provision of a Removal Service Provider to the Authority. Removal Service Requirements range from routine to ad hoc. Working on an inpatient ward will be a requirement of this Contract. Vehicles of variant size and specification will be required as outlined in the Offer Schedule (Rate Card). Some quoted jobs are likely to require the use of temporary storage via the Contractor. Recycling and disposal maybe also required as part of this Contract as outlined in the Offer Schedule (Rate Card). The Removal Service Contractor is to meet the requirements set out in this document as a minimum.

The Parties to Contract are: - Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear NHS Foundation Trust and NTW Solutions Limited.
Items for Removal
Typical examples of types of goods for removal and disposal are listed:
* Desks;
* Chairs;
* Filing Cabinets;
* Packing Crates;
* Metal storage cupboards;
* All office equipment;
* Any items relating to the operation of a Hospital and in-patient ward;
* Photocopiers
