The solution will have the ability to integrate with external applications and have a high system up-time. It will operate within an enterprise environment with multiple client device types, numerous productivity applications and security configurations, eg, users working from home and office locations, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams. The solution will be capable of handling high volume, complex data migration to support successful implementation. The vendor will be expected to provide evidence of successful implementation and operation of the solution for an organisation of at least similar size and complexity as NHSScotland.
