    "description": "This PIN forms part of the Market Engagement activities between prospective Suppliers and UWE Bristol (the University) regarding the procurement of a Contractor to provide Hard FM Services. Interested parties are asked to complete a Market Engagement Questionnaire. Responses to these questions will help define and shape the size, scope and scale of the forthcoming procurement opportunity. It is hoped that this market consultation may bring to light opportunities for the business and new ways of working. We are keen not to inadvertently constrain potentially viable arrangements nor preclude potentially viable suppliers.
