NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB will seek the provision of Community based youth work (for 11-18 year olds, up to 25 where there are additional vulnerabilities), providing in-reach support to secondary schools, family hubs, and primary care settings. The service will provide youth work to support the mental health and wellbeing of young people delivered both in groups and one to one. Work will be based on mutually agreed goals with opportunities for regular review and adaptation. Youth participation will be central to the design and development of the service from start to finish.
