We should hear if we have been successful towards the end of 2023. We are inviting suppliers to a two-stage restricted tender process and five successful tenderers from this stage will be asked to submit a full design tender on a refined design in early 2024 if we are successful in our Stage 2 (delivery stage) NLHF bid, with construction following later that year. If we are unsuccessful in our bid the project will go no further.",
