We are seeking to appoint a maximum of Four contractors to a Three-year framework agreement (Option to extend for a further two) for works that will comprise of the Provision of Property Repairs and Void Works Ateb Group owned void domestic properties. An example of variety of works listed below - Paths, steps, and hard standings. Rooflights Drainage works. Fascia, gutters, and downpipes Porch repair/replacement Road surfacing Asbestos working/removal Bathroom installations Carpentry Decorating/Internal and External Deep cleaning/sanitisation Drainage/clearance Electrical Fenestration Flooring/vinyl/carpet Groundworks Internal/External wall insulation Kitchen installations Landscaping/trees/grass Locksmiths Masonry Needle sweeps PAG/Adaptation works Pest control Plumbing Property cleaning/clearance Render/plastering Roofing repairs/replacement Scaffolding General waste clearance Drone Surveys To register your interest in attending please email procurement@atebgroup.co.uk The deadline to register is 5pm, 24th July 2023.
