An additional DAC - ref DAC10890 - was approved to cover the costs of maintaining the existing system and developing a new more secure Dynamics 365 platform whilst retaining full operational integrity. This work has now been completed and the current provider has identified the costs associated with migrating the current system to the new Dynamics 365 platform that has been developed. A new Direct Award Contract is required to cover these migration costs so that the work can be completed as a matter of priority",
