West Sussex County Council is seeking a Service Provider (the \"Service Provider\") to undertake such services as described in Document 2: The Service Specification.
The tender will be split into the following lots:
* Lot 1: Highway Inventory Data Collection
* Lot 2: Coarse Visual Inspection (CVI) Survey of Unclassified 'D' roads and all Roundabouts
* Lot 3: Scanner Survey of A, B and C Roads
* Lot 4: Footway Maintenance Survey
* Lot 5: SCRIM Survey and Site Investigations
Contracts will be awarded on a lot-by-lot basis to the highest scoring bidder for each lot.
Contracts will be awarded for an initial term of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
