The Matthew Telford school site is a green field site off Matthew Telford Park which has been allocated for Education use since the commencement of construction of the surrounding estate. The site is approximately 1.53 hectares in size and is bounded by open land, leading to housing development on Ryedale Way to the south, open land leading to a Care Home to the west, the Aldi's site off Matthew Telford Park to the north and public open space to the east, going on to additional housing development. As part of the supermarket development, the access drive to the new school has already been established.
