The use of ELSSA software is still to be defined: please assume that it will either be provided by NRDD on a laptop or the contractor will be required to provide their own computer with preinstalled Matlab version R2014a (note that ELSSA does not work on newer versions of Matlab) and NRDD will provide ELSSA installation files.",
