Below are suggested themes that businesses may require specialised support with but is not prescriptive or exhaustive: * People & Culture * Sales (customer retention) & Strategy * Business diversification * Supply chain - local/cross regional * Productivity * Cashflow * Motivation * Staffing - shortages/new models of working/recruitment * Tendering * Investment Readiness * Accreditations The indicative budget for this programme, including expenses, is up to PS210,000 (excluding VAT). Please note, the one-to-one specialist support will include a 50% contribution by the SME. This financial contribution will be managed by the successful organisation/consultant. One-to-many support as this will be funded from the PS210,000 budget. Although the budget for this programme is up to PS210,000, the potential income generated by the organisation/consultant could be up to a maximum of PS420,000 due to the 50% contribution by the SME. Please note this PIN is for prior information to inform potential suppliers of an upcoming opportunity.
