"description": "The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. There are currently two KPIs (8 and 9) which do not have any measures, however Stonewater may decide to make these measurable over over the term of the contract. It will also be possible for Stonewater to make variations to the contract terms and conditions or specifications should there be any legislative changes or building regulation updates which need to be incorporated into the operational delivery/ pricing or specification of this contract.
