It is community-based care and support services, which are commissioned and procured under a single framework. The framework covers services for all groups of Individuals, including Older People, people with Learning and Physical Disabilities (including Neurological Conditions and Acquired Brain Injuries), Autism, and Mental Health conditions. This list is not exhaustive. There is a separate LOT for each different type of service. From 2024 onwards, the Framework Lots will be: * LOT 1: Supported Living (non-complex) * LOT 2: Supported Living (complex) * LOT 3: Floating Support for Children and Young People * LOT 4: Forensic Services * LOT 5: Domiciliary Care (a), Domiciliary Care Complex (b), and Hyper Localised Domiciliary Care * LOT 6: Extra Care Sheltered Housing * LOT 7: Support for People with Complex Physical Health Needs This Framework will run for six years, commencing from the 1st of April 2024. There will be an option to extend this contract by a further two years, should Gloucestershire County Council see fit. Providers are approved to join the frameworks through a tender process, this opportunity opens annually, where new providers or providers who have been unsuccessful in previous tenders will be able to apply again. There is no limit to the number of providers who will be awarded with a place on this framework. Packages of care and support for Individuals in Gloucestershire are called off the most appropriate LOT under the Framework via a Brokerage system.
