East Lothian Council also undertakes a significant modernisation programme embracing a wide range of physical alterations to premises that might affect the safety of gas fittings e.g. extension, extracting/installing insulation, installation of kitchens and windows, etc. The contractor will be required to provide domestic gas engineering resource to support these programmes. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. This includes an employer's obligations under National Minimum Wage Act 1998 and the Equality Act 2010.",
