alongside statutory services such as Probation and social services to support referral pathways for young fathers (16-25) * Experience working with partners to support specialist services such as ACE ( Adverse childhood trauma ) professionals which enhance the impact of the programme in line with the specification. * Ability to work alongside Evaluation partner to support robust impact reports, while completing quarterly progress monitoring . * Understanding of the Trauma-informed practice 6 principles * An understanding of the Public Health Approach to violence reduction and prevention * Knowledge of the needs of the boroughs in which they provide the service. * Experience of working with Diverse Fathers * Strong data protections , and risk assessments in place to support the safeguarding of families as a whole * Capacity to meet the stated timeframes through having a team of existing, appropriately skilled, qualified, and resourced staff in place and or available to
