Bidders may bid for as many or as few Lots as their capacity allows however submissions cannot be contingent on successfully winning a different Lot. Submissions will be evaluated by Somerset Council to determine the Most Economically Advantageous Tender and the Council reserves the right to award a single Supplier to each Lot for Lots 1-3, or a single Supplier for Lot 4 depending on the responses received. If a Supplier is awarded Lot 4, Lots 1-3 will not be awarded. If Lots 1-3 are awarded, Lot 4 will not be awarded."
