The provider(s) will be expected to collect stray dogs on behalf of the Council and transport to stray dog accommodation kennels Mondays to Fridays - 0900 to 1800 hours Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays - 1000 to 1600 hours (excluding Christmas Day). Members of the public will also be able to collect their stray dog during the periods set out above, having made suitable payment to the Council for return of their dog. Any dogs which are not claimed would need to be rehomed by the provider. Any interested supplier can contact the Council by 17:00 on the 28/11/2023 by emailing commercialservices@powys.gov.uk to arrange an informal conversation.",
