At present there are a number of assets (exact extents unknown) which are located within the OCLZ within 1CC that were not electrically bonded when the system was \"floated\" in 2017. All existing 1CC line-side assets, that fall within the OCLZ, must be assessed against relevant standards and the Metrolink Infrastructure Technical Specification System Earthing Policy to ensure compliance and any identified non-compliances rectified on site. PIN 2023/S 000-034915 TfGM's intention is to award works in a phased manner, at this stage only Phase 1 is being tendered.
