                "description": "In recent years, the functionality of BMS's has evolved to include energy efficiency and sustainability. It is for this reason, the Trust embarked on a project to roll out a new Schneider BMS across its estate as part of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS).<br/><br/>This project is currently ongoing and is estimated to be completed sometime during the 2nd half of 2024.<br/><br/>The Trust intends to conduct a procurement exercise of a new contract for servicing and maintenance of its various BMS systems (Schneider EcoStruxure, Trend and Andover Continuum) to commence post-completion of the PSDS project.<br/><br/>It is intended the tender for this contract will be advertised on the Government's Find a Tender service during Q1/Q2 2024.<br/><br/><br/>The Trust therefore has entered into a contract directly with Schneider Electric Limited until November 2024 to facilitate conclusion of both the abovementioned PSDS and procurement projects.",
